Kendall County DUI Arrests: July 13

Oswego

July 7 Gregory L. Rybak, 35, of the 3000 block of 71st Street, Woodridge, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. at Route 34 and Ogden Falls Boulevard and charged for driving under the influence of alcohol, said Oswego police. He was also cited for speeding ad improper lane usage.

Yorkville

July 6 Francisco J. Marin, 29, of the 400 block of Landmark Avenue, Yorkville, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. in the 1600 block of Buehler Road, Yorkville, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, said Yorkville police. The subject was found sleeping inside the parked vehicle and was found to be intoxicated.

Montgomery

July 4 Brandon Briscoe, 21, of the 12000 block of Grande Pine Blvd. Plainfield, was charged with driving under the influence at about 1:15 a.m. July 4 after police stopped his vehicle for disobeyed a posted no left turn traffic control device near Prescott and Route 30, according to Montgomery Police.  He was also issued a citation for Improper Lane Usage.

July 5 Santos Garcia-Cardenas, 32, of the 800 block of Bishop Ave. Aurora, was charged for aggravated driving under the influence at about 1 a.m. July 5 after police stopped his vehicle for improper lane usage at Aucutt and Albright, according to Montgomery Police. He was also issued a citation for no valid driver license.
