Kendall County DUI Arrests: Aug. 3

July 30 Jonny Padillo, 22, of the 1100 block of Store Street, West Chicago, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. in the 1100 block of Route 34 and charged with driving under the influence with a BAC of over .08, said Oswego police.

July 28 Luis R. Navarro, 33, of the 1300 block of Indian Avenue, Aurora, was arrested at 3:23 a.m. at Route 34 and Pearces Ford and charged with driving under the influence and speeding, said Oswego police.

July 27 Eric A. Kirnbauer, 22, of the 300 block of Sauk, Batavia, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. at Routes 34 and 30 and charged with driving under the influence and driving with expired registration, said Oswego police.

July 20 Gene Rios, 24, of Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence after an accident at about 2:50 a.m. July 20 at Route 71 and East Highpoint Road, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s office release. Rios left the road and ended up in a ditch on the south side of Route 71, reports said. Rios was also cited with improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured vehicle, the sheriff’s office said.
