Gerardo Aguilar, 41, of the 400 block Frankfurt Drive, Oswego, was arrested for DUI after police stopped his vehicle for not having a rear registration plate light at about 12:35 a.m. March 17 near Douglas Road and Route 30, according to Montgomery police.

Damage to business
A business in the 1700 block of Douglas Road reported that someone damaged two coin-operated machines that were inside someitme before 9 p.m. March 16, causing an estimated $600 in damages, according to Montgomery police reports.
DUI
John Weiffenbach, 18, of the 15000 block of Timber Drive, Plainfield, was arrested for DUI after a witness observed his vehicle drive off the roadway almost striking a pole at about 11:30 p.m. March 16, according to Montgomery police reports.
