DUIs Charged Over Fourth of July Weekend: Montgomery Police

Brandon Briscoe, 21, of the 12000 block of Grande Pine Blvd. Plainfield, was charged with driving under the influence at about 1:15 a.m. July 4 after police stopped his vehicle for disobeyed a posted no left turn traffic control device near Prescott and Route 30, according to Montgomery Police. He was also issued a citation for Improper Lane Usage.

Santos Garcia-Cardenas, 32, of the 800 block of Bishop Ave. Aurora, was charged for aggravated driving under the influence at about 1 a.m. July 5 after police stopped his vehicle for improper lane usage at Aucutt and Albright, according to Montgomery Police. He was also issued a citation for no valid driver license.
