Delila Garibay, 25, of the 100 block of Hampton Road Montgomery, was arrested for and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at about 12:11 a.m. May 6 at Montgomery Road and State Street, according to Montgomery police. Her vehicle was initially stopped for speeding, police said.

Nichole Leach, 31, of the 1300 block of Talma Montgomery, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana at about 12:52 a.m. May 3 at Douglas and Melrose, according to Montgomery police. Her vehicle was stopped for having one one working headlight, police said.
