Drunk Man Hits Parked Vehicle, Flees, Found Sleeping Several Blocks Away: Police

Monday, Aug. 26

DUI, hit and run

James Gonzales, 38, of the 1200 block of Lakewood Drive, Somonauk, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. at Rebecca Circle and Oakmont for driving under the influence after he struck a parked vehicle and fled the scene, said Montgomery police.  Police located Gonzalez asleep in a vehicle several blocks away.

Sunday, Aug. 25

DUI

Saul Gonzalez, 26, of the 300 block of E. North St. Plano, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. at Route 30 and Albright Road for driving under the influence after police stopped his vehicle for improper lane usage, said Montgomery police.

Saturday, Aug. 24

Aggravated DUI

Romeo Gomez, 38, of the 300 block of Marion Ave Aurora, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. at Sherman and Harmnony and charged with a Felony Aggravated DUI after police stopped his vehicle for improper lane usage, said Montgomery police.

Warrant

Mark Allen, 37, of Wisconsin, was arrested at 1 a.m. at Route 30 and Orchard Road and on a DuPage County Sheriff’s Department Contempt of Court Warrant after his vehicle was stopped for having one headlight, said Montgomery police.

No valid driver’s license

• Pedro Pinon, 28, of the 2400 block Roxbury Lane Montgomery, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. at Webster and Lake Streets for No Valid Driver’s License after police stopped his vehicle for disobeying a traffic control device, said Montgomery police.
• Reinaldo Pablo-Calixto, 25, of Indiana, was arrested at 8:35 a.m. at Montgomery Road and Crown and charged for No Valid Driver’s License after police stopped his vehicle for speeding, said Montgomery police.

Friday, Aug. 23

DUI

Vickramjit Mahal, 31 of the 2400 block of Cushing Lane, Aurora was arrested at 12 a.m. at Routes 30 and 34 and charged for driving under the influence after he was involved in an accident, said Montgomery police.

Driving with revoked license

Victor Hernandez, 22, of the 200 block of Evans Ave., Aurora, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. at Montgomery and Crown and charged for Driving with License Revoked after police stopped his vehicle for speeding, said Montgomery police

No valid driver’s license

Kara Johnson, 22, of the 2900 block of Jacob Drive, Montgomery, was arrested at 7:25 a.m. at Route 30 and Orchard and charged for No Valid Driver’s License after police stopped her vehicle for improper lane usage, said Montgomery Police.
