Drunk Man Charged with Disorderly Conducting, Resisting Officer: Police

Montgomery Police reports July 13-14.

Disorderly Conduct

Jason Fye, 37, of the 1300 block of Prairie Creek Trail, Joliet, was charged with disorderly conduct after officers responded to an intoxicated person yelling and swearing at a resident at about 1 a.m., according to Montgomery Police. While he was being taken into custody Fye resisted arrest, and also was charged with resisting a peace officer, police said.

Lauren Thomas, 21, of the 200 block of 5th St. Aurora, and Lisa Miller, 23, of the 600 block of Oak Ave., Aurora, were charged with retail theft at about 3:45 p.m. July 13 after they were observed concealing merchandise valued at $217 and leave a store in the 2000 block of Orchard Road without paying, according to Montgomery Police.

Alan Gonzalez, 20, of the 1600 block of Blackwell Lane Aurora, was charged with retail theft at about 9:30 a.m. July 14 after he concealed items valued at $196 and leave the store without paying, according to Montgomery Police.
