Damage Reported to Vehicle Following Road Rage Incident: Police

Fraud
Guillermo Ordaz, 25 and Miguel Linaros, 19, both of the 600 block of W. Galena Blvd, Aurora, were arrested at 11:40 p.m. in the 2100 block of Cochester Drive and charged with Felony Possession of a Fraudulent ID card after the business called the police after they applied for employment using the fraudulent ID cards, said Montgomery police.

Scott Kelley, 39, of the 800 block of Kenmore, Aurora, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. at Montgomery and Crown and charged for driving under the influence police stopped his vehicle for improper lane usage, said Montgomery police.
Criminal damage to vehicle

Montgomery police took a report of criminal damage to a vehicle that occurred in the 400 block of North River Street. An unknown suspect (s) cut the tires on a blue Ford van parked in the driveway.
Retail theft
Anthony Krause, 25, of the 700 block of W. Liberty St. Wheaton, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. in the 2000 block of Orchard Road and charged with Felony Retail Theft after he concealed items for sale and left the store without paying, said Montgomery police. The retail theft was enhanced due to a 2012 conviction for Retail Theft in Kendall County.
Found property
Montgomery police found a brown leather wallet and a silver purse at Montgomery fest and were unable to locate the owners.
Criminal damage to property
Montgomery police took a report for criminal damage to property that occurred at 8:40 p.m. at Route 30 and 31. The victim said their vehicle was damaged in a road rage incident. The incident is under investigation.
Saturday, Aug. 10
No valid driver’s license
Herlinda Leon, 31, of the 0 – 100 block of Webster St. Aurora, was arrested at 6 a.m. in the 1700 block of Orchard Road and charge with No Valid Driver’s License after police stopped her vehicle, said Montgomery police.
