Suspended License
Crystal Hernandez, 22, of the 2800 block of Brian Lane, Montgomery, was charged with driving with a suspended license after police stopped her vehicle at about 1:35 p.m. near Orchard and Knell for expired registration and failure to dim bright headlights.
Car Burglary
A burglar got into an unlocked vehicle at about 11 p.m. in the 1200 block of Lebanon and stole a Chanel purse.

Landscaping tools were stolen from a locked storage trailer at about 7 a.m. from a fenced-in area in the 1000 block of Sard Avenue.

Fraudulent Purchases
Five unauthorized transactions were made on the debit card of a Oswego resident at a business in the 2000 block of Orchard Road.
