Juan Solis was charged in June of 2010 for delivering more than $200 of crack cocaine to undercover police officers, the Kendall County State's Attorney said.
A Boulder Hill man has been sentenced to eight years in prison for unlawful delivery of crack cocaine, Kendall County State’s Attorney Eric Weis said Monday.
Juan J. Solis, 35, of the 0-99 block of Hampton Road, was charged with the crime in June of 2010, when he delivered crack to undercover police officers from the Kendall County Cooperative Police Assistant Team, Weis said. After a month-long investigation, police arrested Solis when he delivered more than $200 of crack cocaine to undercover officers at his home, Weis said.
Solis has a history of drug-related offenses, according to Weis. Most recently, he received a four-year prison sentence in 2004 for unlawful possession with intent to deliver cocaine.
