Boulder Hill Man Charged With Bringing Knife to Neighbor's House

Nicholas Lee Stadler faces charges after allegedly brandishing a knife during a fight with someone on a neighboring street, according to the Kendall County Sheriff's department.

A Boulder Hill man is facing charges after bringing a knife to another Boulder Hill home down the street.

Sheriff’s deputies charged Nicholas Lee Stadler, 21, of the 0-99 bock of Chatham Place in Boulder Hill, after responding to a report of a man with a knife in the 0-99 block of Pueblo Road in Boulder Hill. Deputies said Sadler had been involved in a fight with someone on that street, and had brandished a seven-inch kitchen knife.

Deputies found Sadler several blocks away, and they said he admitted to having the weapon, which he took from his own home. He was arrested and charged with unlawful use of a weapon, police said.
