UPDATE: Aurora Police Find Nothing Suspicious at University
Classes have been cancelled for Wednesday, according to a report from NBC 5.

Aurora Police spokesman Dan Ferrelli has said police have searched the campus and nothing suspicious has been found. He is directing all other inquires to university officials.

Classes were cancelled at Aurora University Wednesday after bomb threats were made to the school, according to a report from NBC 5 Chicago.
Dan Ferrelli, Aurora police spokesman, said the school received more than one threat, and that police spent most of the morning searching the campus, the report said.

"The university has received a generic bomb threat that we are treating as real,” said a statement on the school’s website. "Classes for the day and evening are cancelled and employees are dismissed. Residential students will be relocated to Freeman Elementary. We will send hourly updates to the campus community."
The fate of evening events at the university are still undetermined.
