Displaying the US Flag

If you are going to display the American Flag, at least know the proper way to do it. There is a building down the street from my office and they have a very large US flag hanging from their building, with the blue field to the RIGHT as you view it from the street. The blue field is to be to the LEFT of anyone viewing it from the street. This really irks me!
