Last Chance for a Historic Bus Tour

Welcome back to another Last Chance, our regular series of opportunities with a deadline. Each time we run one of these, we’ll spotlight something interesting happening locally, and let you know how quickly you need to act to be part of it.

For example, on May 19, a non-profit group of history enthusiasts called History Without Boundaries will launch a bus tour of significant local sites along the Lincoln Highway. The tour will start in Oswego, and hit sites in Aurora and Plainfield before returning.

This is the second History Without Boundaries bus tour – they organized a Civil War-themed trip last year, with great success. This year’s tour will cost you $40, but if you want in, you need to act fast – your deadline is May 9. Which is Wednesday.
