Canine Physical Rehab Open House

Please join Canine Physical Rehab for an Open House celebration at their new location in Montgomery, on Sunday October 23rd, from 10am to 2 pm.  Activities include dog & cat adoptions, a tour of the facility, and Aquatic Treadmill demonstrations.  There will be many great items to be raffled with the proceeds benefitting the Pet Food Division of the Kendall County Food Pantry.  Veterinarian Dr.Jessica Tartof  of Healing Elements Veterinary Care, who has an office at the facility will be on hand to discuss holistic  dog and cat care including Acupuncture, Chinese Herbs, and Chiropractic. Also on hand will be Go Dog Go ‘The Healthy Pet Place’,  Pet Assisted Wellness (PAW), Nurture dog training, Heads or Tails dog grooming,  Pawsitively Loves Cats cat grooming, and Mary Anne Ryan of Kendall County Food Pantry’s Pet Food Division.

Canine Physical Rehab was founded 3 years ago at its old location in North Aurora by Carol Jurca, Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner (CCRP) and Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), after finding little to no resources for her own dogs needing physical therapy after having hip dysplasia surgeries.   Jurca, an experienced PTA, gave her dogs therapy  and found the results were amazing; better mobility, walking, less swelling, quicker healing and, the return of their happy personalities.   After receiving her CCRP designation,  she  formed Canine Physical Rehab to help other dogs.   Jurca provides treatment for Orthopedic conditions, Neurological conditions, surgery recovery, and much more.

Leashed dogs (no retractable/flexi leashed) are welcome. *
