NAMI DKK Family Support Group Meetings

NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) is the largest mental health
advocacy group in the country. As an affiliate, NAMI DKK offers education
programs and support groups in many locations around DeKalb, Kane & Kendall
counties.

Each support group
allows family members, caregivers, and friends time to share, listen, and learn
through a mutually supportive community of peers.  Each meeting is
designed to be respectful, safe, and confidential for all parties who are
attending.  Family Support Facilitators are trained by NAMI Illinois
and live with persons who have mental illness.   If you would like a
better understanding of NAMI, what we have to offer, and other locations of support groups, visit
our website at www.namidkk.org.
