LIVE WELL, BE WELL

Are you an adult 55 or older with an ongoing health condition?  This is the first of a series of classes to take charge of your health.  Find practical ways to deal with pain and fatigue, discover better nutrition and exercise choices, understand new treatment choices and learn better ways to talk with your doctor and family about your health.  This class meets once a week every Tuesday for 2 1/2 hours each with different topics.  Please call to register at 630-554-5602.
