Healthy Habits for Successful Living. Join us for this 14 week class every Wednesday from Feb. 5th to May 7th from 11-12. This class is designed to help you lose weight in a supportive and educational environment. Dieticians, nurses and personal trainers share their knowledge in an effort to provide comprehensive nutrition education and exercise options that will help individuals discover ways to lead a healthier and happier life.
