Workshop on New Village Website Set for Tuesday

The workshop is open to the public, and will help determine the look and feel of the new $14,000 site. A photo submission contest for the new site ends Friday.

If you were hoping to chime in on the design and features of the village’s new website, well, this is your week.

leaders are set to spend $14,357 to build a new site, one that will replace the current one, created in 2003. The new site will be designed by Kansas-based company CivicPlus—with help from you, if you’re up for it.

On Tuesday, village officials will host a workshop, open to the public, and geared toward determining the look and feel of the new site. Anyone can show up and offer an opinion about just what features should be included on the new site, and how they should be designed.
