We’re pleased to announce that rumors of the Full Monty’s demise have been greatly exaggerated.
Last week’s contest was intended to be the final one, since your faithful editor took his leave, and set up shop in Oswego. But then the Mayton family stepped up.
You may remember Charlie Mayton as Montgomery Patch’s for 2011. His son Andrew is 12 years old and an aspiring photographer, and he’s volunteered to keep our photo contest running by taking some great pictures. So hooray, The Full Monty is back!
So you know how this works. See Andrew’s picture up there? We’ll post one just like it each week, a close-up or detail shot of a Montgomery landmark. Your job is to tell us where the photo was taken. If you’re right, you get free Patch gear. The only catch is, you have to leave your guesses in the comments below.
, Dorian McCombs correctly identified the red sign outside of Gray’s Mill. Congrats; Dorian! At the time, we all thought she’d be the last winner. Huge thanks to Charlie and Andrew Mayton for keeping this fun little contest going.
Think you know the answer? Get to guessing!
