When and how did your business get started?

We started our business back in 2009. For about a year I had been doing Alphabet Photography as gifts for friends and family and my husband came up with the idea to start a website and sell them online. He created www.TheNameInPictures.com. We are always creating new products and adding new letters!

What is your business best known for?

We began with our Matted & Framed Alphabet Photography and in the last 2 years we created our Clip Frame Alphabet Photography that allows me to create any Word or Name right on the spot at local craft shows for customers to take with. I also accept orders for our Matted & Framed versions at shows, that are ready within a week to pick up or we ship them.

Why did you choose the town you did to open your business?

We have always run our business out of our home in Montgomery. We finished the basement as the company grew, so I would have more workspace.

What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know?

We have taken all of the Alphabet Photography pictures, and they are mainly from objects in the Chicagoland area. So you might recognize some of them!
