Montgomery Chamber Hosts Olympic Torch Bearer at “Not-For-Members-Only” Lunch at Applebee’s

There is no fee for this event, just the price of your lunch.

All Greater Montgomery Area Chamber members, guests and prospective members are invited to attend the next “Not-For-Members-Only” Monthly Luncheon Tuesday, June 26.

Unlike other area Chambers, the GMACC partners with a different Montgomery/member restaurant each month. This gives members the chance to enjoy a change of scenery while helping support our local economy.

This month we’re dining at , 350 Route 30 in Montgomery. Networking will start at 11:30 a.m. with lunch being served at noon. The speaker will begin at 12:30 p.m.

Our speaker this month is one of only 18 people nationwide, and the only Illinois resident to be selected, as a torch bearer for this year’s summer Olympic Games in London, England. He’s our very own GMACC Member, Tom Kozlowicz of Holiday Inn Express.

Tom will tell us all about the selection process and what he’s doing to prepare for this momentous occasion. Come enjoy a riveting tale as we wish Tom a warm send-off for his trip that will begin June 28.

Enjoy networking, socializing and an open line of communication with the Chamber Board, Ambassadors and village officials. As always, attendees will have a chance to win a beautiful floral bouquet donated by member, Mary Ann Kutnick of .

As always, there is no fee for this event, just the price of your lunch.
