Giving Credit Where It's Due: Montgomery's Small Businesses

In honor of Small Business Saturday and Thanksgiving, Patch asks: Which local shops and services are you most thankful for?

Whether it's a hot cup of coffee before work in the morning, a fantastic massage or a dry cleaner who always manages to resurrect your favorite suit, there are products and services in almost everyone's routine that make life in Montgomery a little better.

To honor Small Business Saturday (Nov. 24) and Thanksgiving, Patch is asking you to post the products, businesses and practitioners in Montgomery that you couldn't live without.

Is it breakfast at the Riverview Diner? A burger from Elmer's Doghouse? A great workout at ? A fabulous dinner from Gray's Mill? Or some delicous popcorn from the Montgomery Popcorn Co.?

The possibilities are endless. Post your 'thank you' messages to Montgomery store owners and practitioners below. They deserve it.

Grandma's Table is not only a great place to eat but Peter & Gaylene Metrou have served the montgomery area since the early 1980's. Pete has adopted the Fox Valley Veterans Breakfast Club, the Aurora Navy League and has given much support with donations and great service to all. The meeting room that holds 60 people is great for family gatherings, club or business meetings and parties. Herschel Luckinbill
