The best price in Oswego is down to $3.96 a gallon, but your best bets remain Yorkville and Plano, with the cheapest gas at $3.93 a gallon. Prices have gone up in Montgomery and Sugar Grove, so if you live there, you may want to just hop the border to fill up.
