Rover Rescue Dog of the Week

Hi!  My name is Foxy, but I am not really a fox, but a pretty chic 10 lb. Chihuahua mix.   You should never ask a lady her age, but I will tell you that I am between 3 and 4.   Earlier this summer, I gave birth to 5 adorable little puppies.  My babes have all found fabulous homes and now it is my turn!   I am looking for a “furever” family that will dote on me as I simply adore attention.  I am a definite lap dog who loves to snuggle and give kisses.   I get along with other dogs, big and small, and love children.  I do ask that children are careful and respectful of my petite size.   I have been told that I am doing well with my housetraining, but may have an occasional accident.  My foster family has discovered that I cannot be rushed as I find the perfect spot to do my business.  I enjoy car rides and going for walks.  I am a smart cookie as I know not to chew or get into things that are not mine.  I am crate trained, but would prefer to keep you warm at night.  I would make a great apartment/condo companion due to my size and calm demeanor.  If you would like to meet me, please call Teri at 630-897-7454.  Remember that great things come in small packages…
