Community Update


A third annual all-you-can-eat pasta and pizza fundraiser will be held by the Aurora Noon Lions Club from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 11, at Luigi's Fun Center, 732 Prairie St. in Aurora.

The public is invited.

Jerry Spirk of Sugar Grove, club president, said the menu will include pizza, pasta with meat sauce or meatless sauce, garden salad, jello with fruit and fruit punch.

Proceeds will benefit Lions vision- and hearing-conservation programs.  

Cost is $7 for adults and $5 for children ages 4-12.

Founded in 1922, the Aurora Noon Lions Club meets at noon on the first and third Mondays monthly at Luigi's Pizza, 732 Prairie St. in Aurora.

Prospective new members are invited to attend and learn more about the Lions.-
