Sheriff's Blotter: Retail Theft, Drug Charges

Wednesday, Sept. 5
In-state warrant
Mika Andrew Hopkins, 21, of the 0-99 block of Guilford, Montgomery, was arrested at 4:54 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Briarcliff Rd., Montgomery and was charged with an outstanding warrant from the Aurora Police Department for failure to appear on a charge of obstructing justice, said Kendall County Sheriff police.
Retail theft
A female juvenile was arrested at 6:27 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Boulder Hill Pass and charged with retail theft from a business in the 0-99 block of Boulder Hill Pass, said Kendall County Sheriff police.
Friday, Sept. 7
Vehicle scratched
Someone scratched both sides of a vehicle at 6 a.m. in the 200 block of Route 31 in Montgomery, said Kendall County Sheriff police.
Saturday, Sept. 8
Drug, alcohol charges
Ashley Teresa Lopez, 20, of the 0-99 block of Gastville St., Aurora, and Ashley Lauren Case, 19, of the 0-99 block of Gastville St., Aurora, were arrested at 8:06 p.m. at a park in the first block of Winrock Road, Montgomery, said Kendall County Sheriff police. The driver of the vehicle was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, cannabis, unlawful consumption and possession of alcohol by a minor and the passenger was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
