It really is the point of kids running thru our neighborhood being on our property and being distructive. Hand sanitizer contains alcohol, which starts to take paint off. These kids are iin our yards (front and back) and taking our stuff off our front porches. Now this week it happens to not be hand sanitizer, but now the kids causing trouble in our neighborhood are doing damage to our cars. but I guess thats a joke too, right? Its pretty funny to have other peoples property damaged. Where do you all live, we will send these kids your way to put hand sanitizer on your cars for a good laugh!

I'm with you mamabear - it may prove fruitless but having the attitude of "kids will be kids!" isn't right either. We have little terrorizers in our neighborhood too, but my husband is rather intimidating and has caught them in the act a couple of times. Seems them being caught was all it took, but one never really knows.
