Police Blotter: Two Charged With Retail Theft
Reports state the pair were seen by store officials hiding two bottles of alcoholic beverages and leaving the store without paying.
Aspen Lackland, 18, of the 2800 block of Troon Drive, Montgomery, and a 17-year-old male juvenile were arrested for retail theft at 4:45 p.m. Feb. 23 in the 2000 block of Orchard Road, Montgomery police said.
