Police Blotter: Traffic Stop Leads to Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol Charge
Reports state police initially stopped the vehicle for not having a front license plate.
Carlos Diaz, 20, of the 400 block of Iowa Ave, Aurora, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor at 1:50 a.m. Feb. 24 at Main and James streets, Montgomery police said.
