Adonai Chapol, 28, of the 2900 block of North Sacramento, Chicago, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol after police stopped his vehicle for a defective windshield at 5:18 p.m. Dec. 12 at Jericho and Orchard roads, police said.
Reports state Chapol was charged with two counts of aggravated DUI, defective windshield, improper turn, driving while license is suspended, and illegal transportation.
