The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory in effect for Kendall County from now until 4:00 p.m.
Winds are expected to be 25-35 mph with some gusts going up to 45-50 mph.
The NWS says the high winds can cause minor property damage and can make travel hazardous, especially for high-profile vehicles.
