Montgomery to Offer Commercial, Retail Property Tour
This free tour, specifically geared towards real estate brokers and their clients, will feature available commercial space as well as build-to-suit and vacant land for development.
The Montgomery Economic Development Corporation and the village of are teaming up to offer a luxury bus tour of available commercial and retail properties in Montgomery.
The tour kicks off at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 11, from the , 200 N. River St.
This free tour is specifically geared towards real estate brokers and their clients and will feature available commercial space as well as build-to-suit and vacant land for development. Several of the stops will include an interior tour and listing sheets will be provided for all properties visited.

“I truly believe Montgomery has untapped business potential and is ripe with opportunities,” said MEDC Director Charlene Coulombe-Fiore. “With a strong labor force and superior access to all modes of transportation, Montgomery is a hidden gem in the Fox River valley.”
Village President Marilyn Michelini said the Montgomery’s leadership is committed to fostering a pro-business atmosphere.

"We are ready and able to work with both current and potential businesses to help them grow and prosper," she said.
A light breakfast will be provided at the start of the event. The tour will conclude at 11:30 a.m., with an optional lunch across the street at historic Gray’s Mill for $10.
