Montgomery to Host Two Final Recycling Events This Fall

During the events, community members can bring electronics, all types of batteries, car fluids and metal to the recycling event location to help keep them out of landfills.

The village of Montgomery will host two more recycling events this fall to help residents dispose of electronics and other recyclables that are not currently collected curbside.

A recycling event will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, at 10 Civic Center Ave., in front of the Montgomery Police Department. The next one is set for 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 17.

During the events, community members can bring electronics (anything that plugs in), all types of batteries, car fluids and metal to the recycling event location to help keep them out of landfills.
