The village of Montgomery is hosting a recycling event from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 16, at the Montgomery Police Department, 10 Civic Center Ave., according to information on the village website.
Accepted items include all types of electronics, appliances, metal, batteries, car fluids, books, magazines, catalogs, CDs and DVDs.
Not accepted at the event are tires, paint and light bulbs.
