Kendall County DUI Arrests: March 3
A look at who is facing driving under the influence charges is Kendall County.
Feb. 24 Kelly L. Degarno, 21, of the 600 block of Churchill Lane, Oswego, was arrested at 11:17 p.m. at Route 34 and Boulder Hill Pass and charged with driving under the influence, said Oswego police. She was also cited with driving with no insurance and improper lane usage.
Feb. 23 Christopher William Benson, 29, of the 2000 block of Old Glory Court, Yorkville, was arrested at 12:32 a.m. at Orchard Route and Route 71 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office. He was also cited for speeding.
Feb. 23 Nicole T. Sherer, 19, of the 1400 block of Orchid Road, Yorkvile, was arrested at 5:53 a.m. at Route 34 and Bristol Ridge Road after they were found speeding 59mph in 45mph. Sherer, the driver, was found to have been driving and was charged with zero tolerance, unlawful consumption and possession of alcohol and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, said the Sheriff’s office.
Feb. 22 Andrea E. Bollinger, 47, of the 0-99 block of Ridgefield Road, Oswego, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. at Ridgefield Road and Pearces Ford and charged with driving under the influence, said Oswego police. She was also cited for driving too fast for conditions.
Feb. 24 Jon Grizzle, 53, of the 2000 block of Pecos Circle, Montgomery, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after police stopped his vehicle for failure to signal at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 24 at Douglas Road and Seasons Ridge, Montgomery police said. Grizzle was also charged with felony aggravated DUI after driving on a driver’s license that was previously suspended for DUI, police said.
