Four Juveniles Arrested, Three Given Alcohol Charges: Sheriff
Incident happened late Saturday night.
Five people, including four juveniles, were arrested after a traffic stop late Saturday evening at Douglas Road and Townes Crossing, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.
Sheriff’s deputies pulled a vehicle over at 11:34 p.m. for driving without headlights at a time when they were required. There they charged four of the five individuals with charges related to alcohol.
One female juvenile passenger was charged with the unlawful possession of alcohol and unlawful consumption of alcohol, another was charged with the unlawful possession of alcohol and the third was charged for the unlawful consumption of alcohol, said the Sheriff’s office.
The female juvenile driver was charged with driving without a valid license.
The female juveniles ages included one 14-year-old and three 17-year olds.
Passenger Peter Austin Marotta, 18, of the 100 block of Linden Drive was charged with the unlawful consumption of alcohol said the Sheriff’s office.

Where are the parents? Future leaders of our country - 11:30 at night driving without headlights? DUH! Not to mention consumption of alcohol. The parents should be arrested as well.
