Developer Planning Noodles & Co., Potbelly, Supercuts for Oswego
Chicago Real Estate Daily reports a new shopping center is nearing ground breaking.
A developer is planning a retail shopping center near Route 34 and Fifth St. in Oswego, according to a Chicago Real Estate Daily report.
Buffalo Grove-based Shorewood Development Group has leased space in the development to Noodles & Co., Supercuts and Potbelly, the report said. An urgent care medical facility is also planned for the center.

Is this a new shopping center or just buildings and stores going into the center that has Petsmart and Aldi?

Two locations; just south of Aldi and north of Chesterbrook academy or between White castle and Burger King. Could be built as separate on both...

Steven/ Natalie - Can you verify exactly where this will be at that intersection? There is space for building next to Aldi, in front of Walmart and behind Walmart. Very happy to hear these will be coming!

Bob - Montgomery is getting the Sam's club. Much more in sales tax revenue than these much smaller places. We will take it though because every penny counts!
