- Olive Lenore Reinboldt Chitty, an avid traveler who enjoyed viewing the great gardens and paintings of the world, passed away. A memorial service will be held Oct. 30.

- Beverly L. Switzer, 81, of Montgomery, passed away Oct. 23. She was a loyal Chicago Cubs fan.
