There is far more to cause discernment amongst county voters other than just a budget presentation.

First off - having had such a credulous career as an emergency medical responder I would expect Mr. Toftoy be able to spell "scalpel" and not "scapel".

2ndly - Once again, Ken Toftoy has to bring up his father's death as a grandiose example to him being personable, and in touch which ultiimately serves as a means to his end. Ken Toftoy was involved in that same accident which his Father tragically passed away in. Actually, Ken Toftoy rear ended his father's vehicle in that crash. I wonder what "community event" it was that Mr. Toftoy was attending "that evening"? Maybe ask him.

Ken Toftoy's career as KC Coroner has been the ultimate example of the big boy "who you know, not what you know or how you work" network. How dare someone challenge him for the Republican seat in this race?!? Oh, what the hell does political affiliation have to do with Coroner? Answer - Multiple Choice of Don't Know and/or Nothing!

I applaud Ken Toftoy and his campaigning for further education surrounding DUI's, etc. Question is - I wonder what barstool/s it is that he'll come up with the next ideas surrounding those campaign action items.

Since he had to get the Patch Questionaire submitted by the 20th, I guess Mr. Toftoy had a come to Jesus moment,between the13th, and the 20th of September, concerning travel pay for himself, and his employees. However, did you note that he stated that he was not using the reimbursement system, which every accountable governmental entity uses. It's spend now (county credit card), and figure it out later? Well, I recieved my FOIA request information from the Oswego Fire Dept. I requested who FOIA'd MIke Dabney's personnel file, and what was given out. The name of one of the requestors is Michael Klimek, a deputy coroner. His address is 116 Tuma Rd Yorkville, Il 60560. His phone number is 815-474-7412. His email is michaelmklimek@gmail.com. We know that Todd Milliron highlighted his double dipping for gas, and then mileage charges to a St. Louis seminar. Is this the purpose for trying to find dirt on Dabney? To get back at Milliron this way? Maybe Michael thinks so little of Mr. Toftoy that he thinks that spreading dirt on Dabney is the only way for Toftoy to win. I didn't find any dirt from the files that were provided to me; a few minor disciplinary actions of no significance. Why not contact Michael and ask him his motivations for doing this? People have accused Kendall County of being like Cook County. Here's some proof of that.
