Jim Hamad, new Aurora University athletic director, made his first public appearance at AU's Hall of Fame Day Jan. 26.
Hamad helped present Hall of Fame awards and then spoke at a dinner honoring the inductees.
Hamad said his priorities are improving athletic facilities, enhancing recruiting efforts and increasing conference and NCAA crowns.

Also would have been nice to mention that 2 of the individuals who were inducted into the Hall of Fame that night are Montgomery residents.
