Oswegoland Park District Flags Flown at Half Staff to Honor Soldier
The Oswegoland Park District flags are flying half staff to honor Sergeant Michael P. Bartley, who served in the United States Army.
Bartley was killed earlier this month during a training exercise in Iraq. He was from Barnhill, Illinois.
