Brandi Lamphere Murphy, age 38 of Oswego, IL passed away tragically on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at her home. She was born on June 4, 1973 in St. Charles, IL the daughter of Richard Lamphere and Dawn (Darner) Forman.

Brandi was united in marriage on May 15, 1999 to Jeremy Murphy, the father of her children, Mackenzi and McKade Murphy. She was employed for several years as the Branch Manager of a Financial Institution. Brandi was an avid Chicago Cubs and Bears fan and enjoyed traveling with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Jeremy Murphy of Oswego, IL; her children, Mackenzi and McKade of Oswego, IL; her father, Richard (Peggy) Lamphere of Montgomery, IL; her sister, Tiffani (Steve) Simmons of Sugar Grove, IL; her step-father, Ed Forman of Sheridan, IL; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Dawn E. Forman on February 18, 2009.

Friends may visit from 1:00 until 4:00 PM on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at the Larson-Nelson Funeral Home, 410 E. Countryside Pkwy in Yorkville, IL. A Funeral Service for friends and family will follow at 4:00 PM on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at the Larson-Nelson Funeral Home, 410 E. Countryside Pkwy in Yorkville, IL.
